MEET CHRISTINA GOTTSCHALK
Today we were able to sit down with one of IMG’s newest additions, Christina Gottschalk! We ran into Christina during a casting where she chatted with us about her career, and shared some of her favorite style trends for the holiday season!
So Christina, when did you start modeling?
I started modeling when I was 14 years old, so around 8 years ago. But I didn’t start full-time until about 2 years ago. My mom and I started submitting pictures and then I won a modeling contest in Germany. I was on the cover of ‘GIRL’ Magazine.
Whats the funniest thing that has happened during your career? Any funny on set stories?
yes! I was on set and they had actually constructed a giant letter O for me to sit on while I was in a bikini! Mid-shot it broke, and I fell inside of the letter. I didn’t get hurt, so everyone laughed. Afterwards we all watched the play back to see the look on my face…it was really funny!
Any style trends you love that you would recommend for new years?
I love the 80’s style and any looks that seem like that could have been in the movie ‘Grease’
Being new to New York, what do you find yourself doing on your down time?
Central Park is one of my favorite spots in New York, I love to go rollerblading through the park!

THE VICTORIA SECRET FASHION SHOW 2009
New York City welcomed back the Victoria Secret Holiday Fashion Show last night at the Lexington Armory. IMG was proud to have eight girls, turned angels, walking in the show; Miranda Kerr, Caroline Trentini, Julia Stegner, Aminata, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge, Caroline Winberg and a surprise addition to the show, Heidi Klum.
